Return & Refund Policy

Order Confirmation:

  1. Customers are strongly encouraged to review all details of their order carefully before placing it online.
  2. Creation Edge ensures that all product information is accurate and complete, allowing customers to make informed decisions.

Delivery and Product Check:

  1. Customers must inspect the product thoroughly in the presence of the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
  2. If any issues are identified, they should be addressed immediately with the delivery agent.

No General Returns or Percale Delivery:

  1. Creation Edge does not offer a general return policy or a percale delivery option. Once the product has been checked and accepted, it cannot be returned.

Exchange Policy:
        If a customer wishes to exchange a product after delivery, it can be done under the following conditions:

  1. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  2. The exchange request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  3. The delivery and return charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.

Disputed Products:
        For products deemed defective or disputed at the time of delivery, there will be no additional delivery or return charges for exchanges.

Payment Policy:

  1. Customers are required to complete payment in Cash on Delivery (COD) after inspecting the product in the presence of the delivery agent.
  2.  Any discrepancies in the product after the delivery and inspection process are not the liability of Creation Edge.
